Wanklyn, Member of the Manchester Cotton Association, delegated by that Association to examine and value the Raw Cottons of the International Exhibition of 1862. (See Report on the Samples of Cotton in the International Exhibition, made on behalf of the Cotton Supplė/ Association, hi/ a Mtmbcr of the Committee). Mr. W. Wanklyn has taken for the basis of bis valuations the price of Middling New Orleans of the 13th of Juue, 1862, which he iixed at 13d. per Ib. (Sce Appendix D.)
