Class IV. Under Class 4, the Company undertake the execution of works of drainage, or other improvements, on Commission for landowners, who may be desirous to avail them sei ves of the experience and skill of the Corapany's officers aud staff, but who may not desire to charge the outlay on their estates.
(Under this Class landowners who have secured a Government loan may employ the Company to excute the works on commission, and to make the necessary advances for the purpose until the loan is obtained).
Class V. Under the Class 5., the Company, at the request and in consultation with the landowner, wil prepare the detailed plans, specifications, and estimates, in accor-dance with the requirements of the Inclosure Commissio-ners so as to enable the landowner to execute the works by his own agent and with his own money, and receive repayment from the Company of the amount expended when the works have been approved and passed by the Inclosure Commissioners, and the charge on the estate completed.
Thus it will be seen, that the arrangement^ of the Company have been framed to assist landowners in the execu-tion of improvements on their estates to such an eztent as may test advance their intentions and no further. They may pian and execute their own works entirely, without any interference whatever by the Company; they may be sup-plied with plans, specifications, and estimates of the improvements required, and carry them out by their own agents; or they may be relieved of ali trouble and respon-sibility in the matter, by committing to the Company the preparation of the plaus, the supply of the money, the execution of the works, and the responsibility of finally charging on the estate the actnal amount expended with every officiai expense.
