   The terras of the Company under each class of worki are as follows:
   Class 1.  For ali works executed under this claa^ on loans, a commission of 5 7* per cent, i charged on the a mount paid to the landowner.
   Class 2.  Where the landowner only requires the powers of the Company's Act to charge his own money on the estate, the commission is 3 per cent, on ali works.
   Class 3.  Where the Company undertake, and are re sponsible for the entire improvement, the commission on drainage is 7s. 6d. per acre, and the surveyor's charge is 4s. per acre, iucluding travelling expenses. On ali other improvements the Company's commission is 7 l/2 per cent, on the outlay, and the surveyor's charge is 5 per cent. *)
   Class 4.  The charge for works executed under this class is 9s. per acre for drainage (inclusive of travelling expenses where the area exceeds 100 acres), and 5 per cent., with the usuai surveyor's charges, on ali other improvements ').
   Class 5.  The commission for woreks under this class is 7 V» per cent., inclusive of ali surveyor's charges.
   Where the outlay in any improvement exceeds L. 10 000 special terms and arrangements will be entered into.
   If plans are required to be made, either for deposit with the Inclosure Commissioners, or for charging the estate under the Company's Act, they will be charged for extra.
   Where a preliminary survey of any proposed improvement is made, the fee to the surveyor is limited to two guineas a day for the time engaged, and his actual expenses of travelling. No such charge is made if a contract is entered into, ant the works are executed by the Company.
   It should be clearly understood that, under the Act of
