this Company, no investigation of title of any kind is requircd the title dceds are not inspected, and no notice of any kind is requircd to he served on any partics having interests in the estate, whether as reversioners, mortgagees, or incumbrancers; so that no legai expenses are incurred, and the on)y atten-dant charges are the fees to the Inclosure Commissionerà for inspection, and the actual payments made by the Company for stamps, advertisements, ecc. These, however, with the Company's Commission, are ali included in the amount charged on the estate.

The term of years over which repayment of the outlay shall extend may be fixed by the landowner, who will the-reby be enabled to adapt the amount of annual payment to the circumstances of his tenants.
Examples are given of the annual rentcharge for diffe-rent terms of years to repay L. 100 with interest at the present time, and the charge for any intermediate term will be supplied.

The charge is payable half-yearly, and Income-tax in
